This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data protection.

The personal data operator is Kabulov Technologies LLC (the "Company", "we"), operating in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Policy applies to all personal data the Company receives from users of the kabulovtech.com website (the "Site").

By using the Site and filling in the contact form, you confirm your consent to the terms of this Policy.

When you fill in the contact form on the Site, the Company collects the following personal data:

— First and last name (or the contact person's name); — Company / organization name; — Phone number; — Email address; — Information voluntarily provided in the "Comment" field; — Selected automation platform (interest in a service).

The Company does not collect special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, biometric data, health data, etc.).

The Company processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

— Reviewing and processing requests submitted via the contact form; — Contacting prospective clients to provide a consultation; — Concluding and performing service agreements; — Sending commercial offers (only with consent); — Improving service quality.

The Company does not use personal data for automated decision-making, profiling or any purposes not specified in this Policy.

Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:

— The consent of the data subject, expressed by filling in and submitting the contact form; — The necessity to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party; — The Company's legitimate interests in conducting its business.

Personal data is stored no longer than the processing purposes require:

— Contact-form data — for 3 years from receipt or until consent is withdrawn; — Data related to contract performance — for 5 years after performance, in line with archival legislation.

After these periods expire, personal data is destroyed or anonymized.

The Company does not transfer users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data may be transferred solely in the following cases:

— At the request of authorized state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the law; — With the data subject's explicit consent; — To intermediary services ensuring the Site's technical operation (notification delivery), subject to a confidentiality agreement.

To deliver notifications about new requests, the Company uses the Telegram Bot API. The transmitted data is limited to the contents of the contact form and is not used by Telegram for any other purpose.

The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction:

— Data is transmitted through the Site over the secure HTTPS protocol; — Only authorized employees of the Company have access to personal data; — Data is stored on secure servers.

Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", you have the right to:

— Obtain information about the processing of your personal data; — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; — Request deletion of personal data ("the right to be forgotten"); — Withdraw consent to personal data processing; — Appeal the Company's actions to the Personal Data Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Site uses technical cookies necessary for its correct operation. Cookies do not contain personal data and are not shared with third parties.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the operation of certain Site features.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page of the Site.

Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
